Fire Prevention Week 2011
Sunday October 9th through Saturday October 15th
Each year, the National Fire Protection Association and the Department of Homeland Security's United States Fire Administration raise awareness during Fire Prevention Week. This year's theme is "SMOKE ALARMS: A sound you can live with" It's not enough to know "Stop, Drop, {cover your face} and Roll" and "Get out and Stay out". You need to know WHEN to get out!

During Fire Prevention Week 2011 Ridge Fire Company members spent over 224 hours talking with 1,442 people during 13 tours/events!
During the entire 2011 year Ridge Fire Company members spent over 799 hours talking with 2463 people during 27 tours/events!!
