This vehicle is used to get manpower to the scene of an accident or fire.  It is equipped with traffic cones, flares, barricades, safety strobe lights, and other safety materials.

We purchased this used 2007. It has a diesel engine. While not four wheel drive, as our old unit was, it does have "automatic" chains.
