On the evening of 3/20/2024 just after 8pm Ridge Fire Co was alerted for a brush fire off Painters Way in East Coventry Twp. Officers arrived shortly after and confirmed a working brush fire approximately 20’ x 30’ in size around a retention pond. Engine 62-2 and Brush 62 arrived and brought the fire under control with the Traffic Unit and Utility providing support. The company returned available in just under 45 minutes.

This was the second call the volunteers handled Wednesday Evening as Engine 62-5 and crew were assisting Royersford Fire Dept on a working building fire for several hours.
