At 12:30 this afternoon Chester County Communications alerted Station 62 for a vehicle fire at the Kadima Nursing Home on Chestnut Hill Rd in South Coventry Twp. Chief 62 responded immediately and was advised of a Jeep in the parking lot with flames from the engine compartment and exposure to other vehicles. Follow up reports then indicated the vehicle was fully involved. Chief 62 arrived moments later and confirmed the report. Rescue 62 arrived shortly after and crews deployed a line bringing the fire under control and protecting the exposure. Crews were back in service just after 1pm.
