Just after 5:30AM, Station 62 was dispatched to the 1600 block of Unionville Road in Station 64's (Norco) local for a building fire. Engine 62-1 and Engine 62-5 responded and were recalled prior to arrival. At approximately 9:45 Station 62 was called to the area of Sheeder Road and Develine Drive for wires arching in the area. Engine 62-2 and Utility 62 made the response, surveyed the area and went available after investigating. Just before 12:30PM, Engine 62-1 and Utility 62 responded to the Owen J Roberts High School for an Automatic Fire Alarm. Upon arrival Deputy 62 had water actively leaking from the east side of the building. Due to a broken pipe in the school the fire supression system activated causing a significant water leak. Crews secured the water leak and temporarily shut down the sprinkler system before turning the incident over to maintenance.
