Just after 2pm, Station 62 was dispatched to assist Station 61 (Kimberton Fire Company) as the operated on a large brush fire in the area of the 1500 block of Hollow Road. Brush 62 responded and stretched both booster lines from the top of the hill attacking the fire from the top. Engine 62-2 also made the response and supplied Rescue 61 with additional water while the crew assisted with fire suppression and overhaul. Engine 62-2 and Brush 62 were in service for just over an hour.
