Just before 8pm, Station 62 and MICU 84-2 (Goodwill EMS) were dispatched to the area of 724 and Fricks Lock Road for an accident with injuries. Deputy 62 arrived to find a two vehicle accident involving a sedan and a utility truck. MICU 84-2 arrived and evaluated the patient while Traffic 62 shut traffic down at 724/Sanatoga Road. Crews from Rescue 62 and Engine 62-1 cleared hazards and debris from the roadway. Crews were in service for about 30 minutes.
Around 11pm , Station 62 along with MICU 83-4 (Friendship EMS) were dispatched to the 500 block of Pughtown Road for an accident with a telephone pole and wires down across the highway. Chief 62 arrived and confirmed the report. MICU 83-4 arrived and evaluated the occupants of the vehicle. Chief 62 notified PECO . Rescue 62 arrived and cleared the roadway of debris and hazards. Engine 62-1 awaited the arrival of PECO and crews cleared the scene in approximately one hour.
