Just before 930pm , Station 62 along with several other mutual aid companies were dispatched to the 800 block of Latashaw Road to assist Station 63 (Liberty-Spring City) on a mobile home on fire. As units were responding, East Vincent Police arrived and confirmed a fully involved mobile home fire. Engine 63 arrived and asked for the working fire dispatch which brought in additional resources. Engine 63 began a defensive attack due to heavy fire conditions. Engine 62-1 responded and upon arrival assisted with both fire suppression and overhaul. Station 62 was in service for just over one hour.
