Chief McMillan Celebrates 50 Years of Dedicated Service !

So it's never wise to surprise the Chief! But we took our chances anyway last night.
President John Sly from the Chester County Fire Chief's Assoc along with area fire officers and DES staff coordinated a surprise and well deserved recognition of Chief Joel McMillan's combined 50 years of leadership between Ridge and Norco Fire Companies beginning in 1990 when he assumed the role of Fire Chief at Ridge following another impressive 30 years of leadership by Chief Linwood Kolb.
