At approximately 4pm Station 62 along with MICU 83-4 (Friendship EMS of Royersford) were dispatched to the area of Route 23 and Bertolet School Road for an auto accident. Chief 62 arrived to find a two vehicle accident with both vehicles off of the roadway. Rescue 62, Engine 62-1, and Utility 62-1 arrived and assisted with debris removal. MICU 83-4 evaluated the vehicle occupants. Traffic 62 along with 62 Fire Police controlled traffic in the area allowing both vehicles to be removed. Units operated on the scene for just under an hour before returning to the station.
