The New Engine 62-5 has reached the assembly line at Pierce Manufacturing as all the large components (Cab, Chassis, Body, Pump House and Tank) get wired and plumped together, surface lighting installed, and final trim pierces fitted to the truck. As the truck progresses on the assembly line, we near the completion of the build and from there the truck will begin its testing and quality control checks in the coming weeks.
As the new Pumper Tanker build is in its final stages we want to mention our appreciation for our Community's ongoing support and look forward to welcoming the new Engine 62-5 home over the next month or so.
